You have to meet the officials of Ganga Plan, the nodal agency is Uttarakhand Peyjal Sansadhan Vikas Evam Nirman Nigam (Jal Nigam) and they do have a few good officers who are ready to explore new technologies, but you have to be a part of it by following proper bidding process as any other method will raise unnecessary questions on the working of officers of Jal Nigam, and that is a point of concern.
