Source control is the key. We should not fully rely on SPP as it will only encourage polluters to pollute more if they realize that the river can cleanse itself. I 100% agree with Peter Styles recommendations below - reduce the loading!

Agree fully with Rodel the only solution to restrict and reduce pollution is at source reduction which also saves resources and money. EOP treatment is more of conversion from air to liquid to solid and dispose off which might come back to environment again.
