Statutory control on Pollution by Pollution control officials.
If treated sewage/effluent water as per central Pollution control board (CPCB) norms enters in the river then chances of polluting river is nill.
But no body is following norms of treatment of waste.
For treatment of river first need to stop river polluting source by industries/local towns then only able to treat polluted river.
Or we will keep on cleaning river and otherside river will get Polluting.
State/central Pollution control board need to do their job. Or appoint Environmental specialist for short time who will identify source of pollution (air/water/soil from industries/township) and they will report to environmental ministry.

I would like to contribute in terms of providing/suggesting latest hardware and software with integrated solutions for:
1. On line and off line monitoring of water quality parameters like pH, TDS, TSS, Conductivity, metal traces etc., river flow data at strategic locations and data transmission vis various wireless technologies including but not limited to GPRS/GSM, Microwave, Satellite transponders/modems etc.
2. On line and off line monitoring of water quality parameters like pH, TDS, TSS, Conductivity, metal traces etc. as well as flow data at inlet and outlet of STPs, ETPs, CETPs etc. to reduce the pollutants discharge at source itself and to reuse the good quality water for drinking/horticulture/industrial usage.
3. Help in collecting and integrating the data for useful analysis and corrective action plan
4. Suggesting dam and Barrage automation and control systems for optimal use of water for irrigation as per weather conditions and also to generate flood warnings at vulnerable locations to minimise loss/damage to human life/cattle/crops/property etc.
We do have a de-centralized technology that can curb out this major shame for polluting Ganga. We are pretty much sure that it shall be a benchmark in the NMCG mission and can fulfill the dream of achieving an AVIRAL flow in Ganga, as it's running installation itself is a live reference. We are ready to take this challenge as a commitment to the environment.
